From a young age, I was deeply influenced by the healing power of food and traditional wisdom. I grew up observing my grandmother use simple, time-tested home remedies and thoughtfully balanced meals to manage common illnesses such as colds, fever, and cough. Even in her 50s, she followed a disciplined approach to eating that helped her effectively manage diabetes while sustaining her energy, vitality, and overall well-being. These early experiences shaped my understanding of food as more than nourishment, but as a powerful, preventative and therapeutic tool for long-term health.

From curiosity to clinical expertise

Exposure to institutions like CFTRI deepened my interest in food science, clinical nutrition, and evidence-based wellness. It was here that my curiosity evolved into a clear and purposeful career path.
